What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
I’d like to have a separate Login for customers vs support agents. Both can be authenticated via a separate Keycloak realm, ideally OIDC, but SAML would be fine as well. -
Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
Customer and agents should not have to use the same login form. -
Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
While multiple social auth providers can be used, only one of each kind (e.g. SAML) can be configured. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Have multiple social auth providers, many of one kind (e.g. 2 times SAML).
