Love Zammad and advocating use within my new organization. However we are on a ‘national deployment’ flavor of Microsoft 365 which means right now we are unable to use the Microsoft 365 Graph email connector.
The API is the same for these private cloud instances used usually by regulated industries e.g. defense or gov; but the endpoints are different - please see article below:

It would be great if on the ‘Connect Microsoft 365 App’ modal that collects client ID, client secret, tenant UID etc could also provide an override for the MS Graph api endpoint (or a precanned list per the above link!)
Appreciate the consideration - this would open Zammad up to a bunch of regulated industries who are not able to use the stock Microsoft 365 for compliance reasons.
