I am suddenly unable to see tickets after having done an automated upgrade the other day (from whichever 2.9.x was current 2 days ago to whatever was current today) and a reboot. When I click on Overviews, I get a screen saying:
Currently no overview is assigned to your roles. Please contact your administrator.
If I try to open any ticket in reporting, I get the error:
Opps.. I'm sorry, but you have insufficient rights to open this Ticket.
No matter how I change settings (logged in as an admin), I get this message and cannot operate.
ldap sync not doing the correct job anymore (for whatever reason)
wrong rights within the user
wrong rights within the used role
the overview does not cover your user
From “Opps.. I'm sorry, but you have insufficient rights to open this Ticket.” I guess, that something went wrong with the rights.
But: We can’t help you without seeing any information about the instance, so my answer is proberbly the closest we can currently get to. Please provide more information to be able to help you.
