Hi! Is there the way to create some logic for subscribing?
For example when agent John becomes the owner of the ticket, can trigger acts for agent Ben to make Ben subscribed the ticket where John becomes the owner.

I need this to be able to set notification for someone who need to know when some special agents becomes an owners of the ticket.

No there’s no option to subscribe people by trigger or scheduler.
There’s only conditions available in case a specific user is subscribed or not.
