Subscribe option for customers

Hi,

is the subscribe button in a ticket also available for customers or just for agents?
Where can I activate it for customers?

The option for “My subscribed tickets” is available for customers in overview.

Customers can’t subscribe to tickets.
That’s because the function relies on group based access.
