Submit buttons on various pages not working

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome 105.0.5195.127

Expected behavior:

Submit buttons on various pages up until recently worked immediately.

Actual behavior:

On many different areas of the site (editing users, creating and editing tickets, etc), the submit buttons are not working. There is no browser activity at all when clicking the button. Refreshing the page, restarting Zammad services, etc. do not help. This is a new issue, as the installation was running great until this week.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Access any page and attempt to use the submit button.

I could not recreate the issue, this could be a performance related with the server.
You can check the dependencies and hardware requirements.

Are there any error messages in your developers tools console or possibly even in your /var/log/zammad/production.log?
