Expected behavior: The Button Says Submit

The Button says Sup?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- On our zammad server when going to submit a ticket it shows Sup?
My manager via firefox somehow changed the Submit button to Sup?
This was done on firefox and I watched it happen, he was showing me that his tickets looked abnormal and i could confirm, everything looked ok but lots of the text had grey dotted boxes around them. He then tried to edit the Submit button (had a gray box around it and allowed him to click in) He typed in Sup?And then reloaded the page thinking that it was like the element editor and would refresh the web page data. Well it looks like somehow the actual web server content got edited. Now all of the tickets submit button is persisting as Sup?
We have not found our proper steps to reproduce this editing behavior or be able to change it back yet.
To one point Im thinking if this is a security concern as well, how the heck would we have been able the content directly from the ticket web page?
Im hoping that someone here has any clue about what happened here and how to fix it.
