STOP Email Notifcations to Agents/Admin of New Tickets


Where are the settings to control or stop email notifcations sent to agents/admin when a new ticket is created. I’ve looked under users and triggers and can’t workout where the settings are.

Where are the settings to control these notifications. It’s needlessly sending emails.
