Status of ticket

I ask myself if the ticket status can be something different than the given:

  • open
  • closed
  • waiting for reminder
  • waiting to close

What I need would be: “currently working on” (like in eg. Jira)

Because at the moment I simply can’t see if someone is working actively on an issue.

Is that already implemented, and I didn’t see it? Or can I add myself a specific status?

We are using v4.10
