Status Code:500 internal server error

Hi All,

I am on version 4.1 running on Centos8.

I am getting Status code 500 internal server error when i am updating tickets. I have tracked this down to elasticsearch isn’t running.

it has failed to start with (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)

I have tried reinstalling elasticsearch but this has not helped. I have tried rebooting the server but this hasn’t helped either.

I am at a bit of a loss with this, and I am not too familiar with linux either which isn’t really helping.

these issues technically do not belong together.
Your production.log( /var/log/zammad/) should be able to tell you where the server errors come from.

At this point we can’t help you further without more input.
