Status: 500 Internal Server Error

Hey.

Our System get’s an “Status:500 Error” after a user is inactive for a few minute.

But i don’t know why and how to solve the problem:

{“status”:500,“error”:“Internal Server Error”}

Ubuntu 16.04
Zammad 2.4

The nginx configuration is the same as in High Latency , Timeouts, tickets twice ?

yes :wink: nothing changed…

I updated my zammad instance to the latest possible version some minutes ago… do you have a time span that’s needed to reproduce this error? What Browser is the user using and does this happen to every user? Another thing on my mind right now is: Is the zammad-window on top or minimized /in the background?

Could you also take a look in /var/log/nginx/zammad.error.log and post the anonymized content here? Maybe we will find the source there.

Please provide your log/production.log, too. The internal server error usually means that something went wrong in the application context. This should be logged in the log/production.log file.
