Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 2.9.x
- Used Zammad installation source: https://docs.zammad.org/en/latest/install-debian.html
- Operating system: Debian 9
- Browser + version: Chrome
Expected behavior:
- Get statistics for user activity over an interval (e.g. a month)
E.g. “How long did it take for the first response to a ticket?”(average and for special user)
or “How much time was necessary to solve a ticket?” (average)
Actual behavior:
- Couldn’t find any possibility to make that work
If someone have a solution for my problem,
or even if there is no way at the moment to get this done ,please let me know.
