STARTTLS not available with POP3

• Used Zammad version: 6.5.0
• Used Zammad installation type: (docker-compose)
• Operating system: Debian 12
• Browser + version: Chrome 134.0.6998.178

Expected behavior:

• STARTTLS was available with POP3 protocol

Actual behavior:

• not available

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• add email account select pop3 protocol

Hello everyone, I recently installed zammad and I’m trying to configure an email without success.
As you can see from the image when I try to configure the mail server as pop I don’t have the possibility to select STATTLS as an option, it only appears if I choose the imap protocol, unfortunately this email address is only available in this mode, how can I solve it? thanks in advance

What I would like to understand is if it is a bug or if it is intended that there is no way to understand whether to look for an alternative or not

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I will have to look for an alternative to zammad, corporate emails only have this type of authentication
