Hi comunity,
I want the ticket overwiew in zammad to work like a todo list for the agents.
So the todo list should be sorted by more than 1 criteria.
I can imagine a sort like this:
priority
ticket date
customer priority (custom field)
ticket due date (custom field)
When defining overview i only see 1 search criteria.
Is it possible to sort by multiple criteria ? Is this on the Roadmap ?
