We have several custom variables, some of them are not filled by the system. For example the variables “ticket.organization.edvbetreuung”.

There are no differences between the fields that work and those that don’t work.
It looks like this. The own field “Key-Accountmanager” is correct filled, the other “EDV-Betreuung” not.
By the way, the note still doesn’t look good
