Hi i dont receive a email notification only a notify in my panel
I configure one agent (klaus) inside of group of support (helpdesk@midomain.com) i have only two groups
In Roles – Agent my configurations is this:
I read that inside of the system this can customize in thi path but all is fine
Hi, i can receive the notification on “New Ticket”
I dont have complete the option of notification cause i think that this is a new smtp but this is differente to smtp option. I hope that this work for somebody more
