[solved] Automatic reopen a ticket

Hi,

when i closed a ticket, zammad reopen automatically the ticket.
Has anyone an idea?

I have thousands of ideas, but that will not help you a bit as this is fishing in the dark.

Please provide the following information:

Zammad-Version
Database version
elasticsearch version
used browser

Also describe what you’re doing and what’s happening with more detail.
Providing the ticket history might help as well, production log is welcome as well.

Guessing only,

Your group configured to allow the follow up
and you have wrong or accidentally configured trigger that can change the state of the ticket like contains tag … try to inactive all your trigger and observe.
