[solved] Answer including the previous mail

Hi,

is it possible to set in Zammad, when I answer to a Ticket, that the previously Mail is also included below? So like an email history. Every Mail client it does if I answer to a Mail.

If I remeber correctly OTRS it does.

yes it is, you can find that in any ticket (gear):

Please note that this can only be changed by admins and is a global setting.

If its a global setting it should be move from Ticket to the other Settings. Its my mind.

Maybe its a good idea to implement that this settings could be change by Group and not Global.
