Software behind the community site and departments in Zammad

Hi guys,

We started discovering Zammad tonight and I was wondering what kind of software the https://community.zammad.org site runs on.

In terms of the ticket system itself: we’re currently running a horrible Windows-based system (Smartertrack) and would like to find a substitute (were running OTRS in the older days :slight_smile: )
My second question is related to high volumes of tickets in multiple groups It can be that we face some hundred queries per day which should end up in different departments. Is there a setting, in which the tickets are displayed/grouped by departments? I add a screenshot of how it looks in our current system.
