SMTP gmail "system adress display name"

HI
I managed to synch and OAth my private gmail account with my xxx@zammad.com adress.
How can i show my own “system” adress display name?
eg: maxmuster@gmail.com is connected to maxmuster@zammad.com (IMAP set up)
but when sending mails, customers still get mails from “max muster via max helpdesk xxx@zammad.com”
Is it not possible to send mails from zammad ticket system via my smtp maxmuster@gmail hiding any xxx@zammad?

I believe you already wrote a mail to Zammad support, if not, please do so if you’re using the hosted environment. If you already did, then I already did answer you.
