SMTP Error When Replying to Ticket or Closing

Currently have a M365 account setup for email handling. Getting the following error when trying to reply to tickets or any activity that generates a sent email.

"Can’t use Channel::Driver::Smtp: #<Net::SMTPAuthenticationError: 503 AUTH command used when not advertised > "

This is Zammad version 4.1.x (old, we know :frowning: )

Zammad 4.x way out of service. Upgrade asap and try again. There changed so much in the past years that it will be easier to upgrade and try again.

Firewall issue, resolved now…have it working now with Microsoft 365.
