  • Used Zammad installation type: (package from repo ubuntu)
  • Operating system: ubuntu server 24.1
  • Browser + version: all browser

SMTP error after 7 days a normal working normaly
mailbox - funkcional mailbox office 365 with 2fa

Maybe your Authentication token is now expire, can you do a Re-authenication ?

no, token not expired.
then after these 7 days it is no longer possible to add this account because the error appears all the time

Microsoft by default doesn’t allow authenticated SMTP connections for mailboxes. This is mandatory for Zammad as of now.
