thoughts

i think the problem is in that zammad says to smtp me@localhost
but in the case of yandex.ru that part must be = user

setup docs from yandex:
https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=ru&tl=en&u=https://yandex.ru/support/mail/mail-clients/others.html

Please have a look into the notification channel documentation.
It does exactly cover your issue:
https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/channels/email/accounts/email-notification.html

as in docs:

and i get:

where i’m wrong?

Seems like sfter editing the https://i.imgur.com/FQJQN4h.png
