Smart code does not work in Note

Hello. I created Trigger on closing ticket -> send note. It works, but in note smart code #{ticket.close_at} does not work and looks as written.
Exactly the same Trigger but with send out e-mail works fine.

This is screenshot for ticket. You see Ticket Closed-> mail was executed, and next are Ticket Closed ->Public note result.
