Slow in generating ticket from Microsoft 365 Graph

  • Operating system: 24.04.2 LTS
  • Browser + version: edge

Expected behavior:

Tickets generated via Microsoft 365 Graph email capture should not take more than 2 minutes.

Actual behavior:

some emails arrive but take at least 5–7 minutes to be converted into tickets, and a few take up to 10 minutes.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Without additional log information, we can do nothing here. It’s not something which normally happens. You should check inside the log when the fetch is running and when the ticket is created and so on.
