Slack Integration ignore change owner action

Expected behavior:

With “Slack” integration I expect that each time ticket was updated, notification are sent on my endpoint. It totally works until I try to change ticket owner (all set of triggers is turned on).

Actual behavior:

No any reaction on “change owner” action, even no updates in “Recent logs” table. Does change owner counts as “ticket update”? Is it bug or feature?

Please provide more information on our installation. You removed half of the template.

Also, share your slack integration configuration in Zammad, the trigger configuration and maybe also the history of one affected ticket.
