Expected behavior:
- I would like email notifications of escalated ticket to be sent to a user only once, when the escalation happens. Or choose the time if we want some reoccuring ones
Actual behavior:
- Currently every day at midnight, we get a notification for every escalated ticket that exists to wich we have chosen to get notified
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Have an escalated ticket, choose to be notified by email as well as on the website. Wait midnight every day and see the email notification for every escalated ticket
