SLA notifications sent at midnight every day

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Oracle Linux 9
  • Browser + version: Any

Expected behavior:

  • I would like email notifications of escalated ticket to be sent to a user only once, when the escalation happens. Or choose the time if we want some reoccuring ones

Actual behavior:

  • Currently every day at midnight, we get a notification for every escalated ticket that exists to wich we have chosen to get notified

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Have an escalated ticket, choose to be notified by email as well as on the website. Wait midnight every day and see the email notification for every escalated ticket

According to System Notifications — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation it’s not customizable.

Daily reminder emails are sent at midnight (of the Zammad system timezone) for all unresolved “ticket pending” reminders and SLA violations.
