Expected behavior:
This is more about an organizational question. We are currently localizing our communication via zammad. We have customers in at least two different languages.
I managed to use the CLD and also add a ticket specific language, so that we can even sent ticket-closing notifications to customers in different languages. This looks great.
However, I currently can not localize the signature in the communication.
Our signature currently contains lots information like a reference to the URL of the ticket.
A reference to the knowledge base, a reference to the remote support tool.
This way we try to ease the communication and contact with the customer at every point.
But it looks like there is no way to localize the signatrue, since the signature is bound to the group.
Would the only way to e.g. have a German and an English signature by having two support groups, an English group and a German group?
This is somehow a pitty, since international customers sometime speak different languages and for us it currently makes more sense to have them in one group.
So what would be the recommended way to handle this?
Thanks a lto
