Sidebar Options - Select Attachment

I’ve been using Zammad for some time now. I keep learning something new that it is capable of that makes it better. The follow command for example;

Is there a place we can see what else we can add to that sidebar? I’d like to be able to add the ability to add an attachment from there. Sometimes tickets can get pretty long and scrolling to the bottom of the reply is a bit of nuisance.

Then it got me thinking of what else can I add there?

There’s no other hidden settings that would enable more side bar tabs.
Not as of now.
