Infos:
Used Zammad version: 3.1
Used Zammad installation source: package
Operating system: Unbuntu 18.04
Browser + version: Chrome
Expected behavior:
Show tickets where customers didn’t reply within 3 days in the schedule overview.
Actual behavior:
Not showing tickets where customers didn’t reply within 3 days in the schedule overview.
------ Below : bottom of the history of one of my tickets that should be shown ------
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create schedule task
Add conditions : State = open , Last contact (customer) after (relativ) 3 days.
I don’t know if it’s an issue or if I don’t properly use the filter ?
Thanks
Dumb question: Why aren’t you using an overview that filters for exactly this condition?
In my opinion a scheduler makes no sense at this point, as it’s technically not built to “show things”, but to automate stuff at regular basis (like adding tags, removing etc)

It’s not a dumb question .
I’m using scheduler to close tickets for no customer reply within 3 days.
So you basically want to display tickets which are
state = closed
last update within last time period x (to reduce Zammads load)
last_customer_contact before relative 3 days
However, at some point this will affect all tickets of course
