Show the agent who created the ticket

Maybe it already exists and I just don’t see it.

When an agent creates a ticket manually, e.g. because a customer calls. Then the next agent does not see who originally created the ticket. They only see that it comes from customer “XY”, but not that agent X created the ticket. This is enormously helpful if there are further questions and you want to mention the creating agent in a note.

You can see this information in the ticket history.
