It is possible to rename a ticket by clicking it’s title - which is wonderful for when original descriptions were not accurate.
Is it possible to display the renaming even in the timeline of the ticket? maybe something like
Title $OLD_TITLE was changed to $NEW_TITLE by $ACCOUNT
?
The ticket history already does exactly that.
Yes in the history, but viewing that requires manual action since the full history is not displayed by default.
By timeline I was referring to the view of a single ticket.
I guess the more general question is how can certain categories of events that are only displayed in the history by default be displayed in the ticket view (timeline view) ?
