It would be nice to have the information about the last article body visible in the ticket overviews.
Or also a combination of the title and the article in case of that the title was cut by the overview column size.
Style
The tooltip could also be reworked in the style of the customer or organization tooltip:

It would be great get more info from the tooltip when bringing the cursor over a ticket in a ticket list.
Current Behavior:
In a Ticket list view, when you place the cursos over a Ticket, Zammad will show a tooltipo repeating the title of said ticket. Title that we are already seeing.
What we´d like:
We´d like that tooltip to bring not only the title, but an extract of the first article, and an extract of the last article.
