we just had to investigate when we wrote certain internal notes to a ticket and when we closed it…
But we figured out Zammad only shows the date… and the time only when you hover over the date…
can this be changed or made a configuration option… ?

What you’re searching for is the “Pretty Date” option within System-Branding:
https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/settings-branding.html
If you set that to timestamp, you will exactly get what you want.
