Hello,
We need the option to set an Attribute from the Ticket as read only to the customer.
The problem is that we want to share a fix Version Information to the customer. This Information should not be modified by the customer.
For Attributes in User or Organisation i can select shown for an attribute. But for Tikets it is always invisible or with write access.

I try the option ticket.customer shown to show the information to the customer, (as I understand this show it without write access).
And I set the customer number.
But on the customer page this information is not shown? What is my mistake, or is it a bug?

* Attribute data should be avaiable in the API if allowed via attribute for ticket.customer
### Actual behavior:
* Currently data is not available for customer.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior:
* Add a organization attribute and allow ticket.customer to access the attribute
* Fill it with data and try to access it via API
Yes I'm sure this is a bug and no feature request or a general question.
You may want to contact SaaS support so that they can add your ticket number to the issue in question.
