Shortcut for "see more" and "see less" or move button to top

Could you please add a Shortcut for “See more” and “See less” option or place the See less at least at the top of the article.
Because if I have a long ticket strory and click ôn “See more” I have to scroll all the way down to press “See less” again. This is laborious.

There was already a request a few years ago but no one cared.

I support this feature request. Our agents frequently encounter the same issue. Scrolling becomes especially cumbersome when a single article contains multiple emails and replies (in our case, the ‘Email - full quote’ setting is enabled due to customer requirements).

Yes, exactly — especially in cases with long emails where endless scrolling becomes annoying. A shortcut for ‘see more / see less’ or moving the button to the top would be a great improvement. I see it the same way!
