Sharing tickets between two groups

Infos:

Hello, is there a way to share the same ticket between two groups?
I am currently using two groups, IT department and Customer care department (they are both setup in a separated organization) and I’d like to share some tickets between those two groups.

I know there is an option for changing ticket’s group but once I switch from one group to another, the original group doesn’t have any history for that specific ticket.

Alternative option is to create third group and assign all the agents to that group but then also there is another field in overview and the whole process of sharing the same ticket is harder.

No this is not possible. A ticket belongs to one exact group.
