Expected behavior:
- As admin I want to create text module for a group that’s shared for “subgroups” that have this group as parent group.
Actual behavior:
- We have multiple departments that have “sub-departments”. We can assign text module to a parent group, but text modules from a parent group are not shared in subgroups.
Currently the only way to have “shared” text modules is not assigning text module to any group - and they are shared globally. We have big number of text modules, that are personalized for each department - we can’t share modules globally - it’s confusing for end users (agents)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a group (parent group) and one subgroup in it.
- Create a text module for parent group.
- Create a user in subgroup and assign a ticket to subgroup (we need this to limit visibility).
- Try to use text module from parent group on this ticket. => not working.
