Setting Up Multiple Email Addresses in Zammad

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.0.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: ubuntu 22.04

Hi ,

I’m struggling to configure three email addresses (support, Finanz, sales) for ticket creation in their respective groups( Support , Finanz, sales).and I want to ensure customer notifications are only for support tickets.

Can someone guide me on the correct steps to make this happen?
