we installed zammad and it’s very impressive. But there is one little thing: After a new ticket is created it is possible to set a “wait for reminder” or “wait for closing” option. This option always shows, in our case, 8 o’clock in the morning on the day selected. Is it possible to change this value to 10?
No it’s not possible at the moment.
