  • Operating system: Debain 12
  • Browser + version: MS Edge and Google Chrome

Hello, we plan to use the “Tags” as an mandatory Field. The Goal is it to get the Agents to add an Tag to the Ticket. Otherwise the Ticket cannot be created or closed.
