Used Zammad installation type: source
Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS x64
Browser + version: Chrome
At one point, I received a letter from the hoster on which the zammad works.
After that, the service has ceased to be available.
Restart of the server does not help. Tell me where to watch the logs and information that will help to correct the situation? Thanks in advance!
