I have set up a trigger that sends out an email to the client as soon as an external note is left in the ticket. When the agent adds an attachment to the ticket article, then this attachment is not sent by the triggered email.
Is there a way to sent out that attached file or a least link to the attached file so that the client recognizes that there is an attachment?
Right now the only option is, to use email as “article type” instead of note.
