In order to send using Microsoft 365, you’ll need to add it to your outbound and Notification configuration. Sendmail will not work.
Microsoft has changed the authetification to a new standard as of 1/1/2023. When I enter my login data there, I get the following error:

in October 2022, they no longer allowed basic authentication. You will need to use the Microsoft 365 Channel instead of email.

I use the Microsoft 365 Channel. But all system notification don’t send with this methode.
The email import is working fine, also sending emails from tickets.

Change this to the same support email.
It’s the same support email:
It’s also not working
Microsoft has pretty harsh rate limits regarding their E-Mail-Accounts and thus is not advisable to use for system notification emails.
Find the Exchange Online limits for various service areas, including address book limits, mailbox storage limits, and reporting and message trace limits, to name just a few.
You can easily lock your whole tenant if you are using it for stuff like that.
