Send Webhook on Ticket update

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.6.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: packages
  • Operating system: Debian 10
  • Browser + version: all

Expected behavior:

  • When i change only the priority of a Ticket in a specified group a webhook should be send

Actual behavior:

  • currently no webhook will send

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • configure a trigger with the following conditions
    • tickets was updated and
    • ticket is in group X
  • configure a webhook for this trigger
  • go to the related ticket
  • change only priority (no notice in the ticket!)
  • update the ticket
  • no webhook was send
  • if i change priority and add a text, it works
  • affected when only change on owner, group, typ

Sorry I can’t reproduce that on a current stable Zammad 3.6.
Ensure that your trigger conditions do fit and that the webhook configuration is correct as well.
