- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: Debian 9.6
- Browser + version: Google Chrome, Firefox
Expected behavior:
- If we set the Ticketobject “IZ-Account” or “PSB-Account” to kein Account/Rückgabe, it should automatically send an email once to the customer just to inform him.
Actual behavior:
- It sends an Email to the customer EVERY time we update the ticket.
