Send Trigger Email just once


  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 9.6
  • Browser + version: Google Chrome, Firefox

Expected behavior:

  • If we set the Ticketobject “IZ-Account” or “PSB-Account” to kein Account/Rückgabe, it should automatically send an email once to the customer just to inform him.

Actual behavior:

  • It sends an Email to the customer EVERY time we update the ticket.
