Send responses in a HTML template

Hi,

I want to send the email response to the clients in predefined template design,
I mean that I want to put header, logo, footer and other HTML codes to design the emails.
Is it possible?

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.2.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: centOS
  • Browser + version: Chrome (latest)

This is not possible without changing Zammad source code which is not update save. Sorry.

Thanks, could you put this feature in your backlog for next versions? because customizing templates are an important part of each ticket/support platform.
