I understand there is an HTML Sanitation feature. We simply want to send a small piece of code from Zammad when a ticket is closed to allow the user to Rate our IT Department. Is there no way to disable, or adjust this? Or simply a work around to insert this small piece into an email sent from the system?
Expected behavior:
- We are trying to send small piece of HTML code that allows a user to rate their experience with our IT support. The link includes three buttons (Good, neutral and bad) Linked to an internal counting system. The HTML code was inserted into a message sent by a Trigger set to send when the ticket is marked as closed.
Actual behavior:
- The Message is delivered to the user, but the HTML Code is removed.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Close a ticket and activate the triggered response email with HTML code in it.
