Send Email with list of ticket numbers


  • Used Zammad version: 5.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS x86_64
  • Browser + version: Chrome 106

I need to send all the escalating tickets with in last 30 minutes to selected agents (Supervisors in the relevant group)

All the tickets that matches the criteria should be listed tin the email. is there anyway to achieve this ?

You don’t want to use Triggers for this. A trigger only runs when you touch / update / create a ticket.
