How can I send a Welcome email to imported users? I have an entire organization of Customers imported into the system, and no way to send them an Invite to set their passwords.

No way that i know of to do this in zammad. Send a regular email to them instead?
Yeah, if I end up sticking with Zammad, that’s what i’ll have to do. It’s not a deal breaker, but honestly, as an amateur web app developer myself, since Zammad already has the welcome/invite email functionality, I can’t see how it would be too difficult to implement the ability to automatically email an invite to imported users. Seems like a reasonable and useful feature to me. Thank you for your reply.
